Shipping and Handling Policy
All parcels within Australia are shipped using Australia Post.
Orders are sent within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
All our prices are in AUD.
Postage on Orders
If you are ordering one pattern or one piece of fabric, it will be sent as a letter.
Please note: Letter rates do not have any tracking available and can be slower than Parcel Post.
You can follow your parcels via the following tracking sites:
Standard letter (one pattern or up to 0.5m of fabric): $5.00
Standard Parcel Post up to 500grm (approx. 2m of fabric): $10.95
Standard Parcel Post up to up to 1 kg (approx. 4m of fabric): $13.80
Orders over $150.00 = free standard parcel post.
International Postage International orders are also shipped with Australia Post.
We calculate your postage based on item weight/dimensions and your location - that means it's accurate and fair to all.
Out-of-Stock Items
We try to ensure that all products on our website are currently in stock and the pricing is true and correct. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order for you, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an alternative item, a backorder, or a refund.
